For example, India plans new molten salt reactors aimed at using domestic thorium. Thor Atomic’s technology directly supports this by safely harnessing thorium in a closed fuel cycle. Our plants incorporate passive safety and can co‑generate hydrogen or process heat, meeting policymakers’ dual goals of clean power and industrial growth. Working with local partners, we can deploy reactors on brownfield sites (including retired coal plant locations) to streamline construction and leverage India’s Nuclear Energy Mission.
